66. Release from liability on disclaimer
The disclaimer shall discharge the Official Receiver or trustee, as the case
may be, from all personal liability in respect of the property disclaimed and
shall also release the bankrupt and his property from any liability, without
affecting the rights or liabilities of any other person.
