67. Claim of person injured by disclaimer
(1) Subject to subsection (2), any person injured by the operation of a
disclaimer shall be deemed to be a creditor of the bankrupt to the extent of
such injury, and after the Court has fixed and determined the extent of such
injury, the sum awarded by the Court shall be a provable debt.
(2) In the case of a landlord, the amount to which he shall be entitled for
an injury suffered by him, shall not exceed one month’s rent.
