96. Creditors may remove trustee
(1) The creditors may, by ordinary resolution, at a meeting specially
called for that purpose, of which notice shall be given in the prescribed manner, remove a trustee appointed by them and appoint another one in his
stead.
(2) Where, on the application of the Official Receiver or of any interested
person, the Court is of opinion that a trustee is guilty of misconduct or fails
to perform his duties under this Act it may remove him from his office.
