97. Vacancy in office of trustee
Where any vacancy occurs in the office of trustee, by death, resignation,
removal, or otherwise, and there is no other trustee to carry on the bankruptcy, the Official Receiver shall act as trustee and shall, on the requisition
of any creditor who has proved, summon a general meeting of creditors for
the purpose of filling up such vacancy.
