12. Powers of Minister
(1) The Minister may, in relation to the exercise by the Board of the powers of the Authority under this Act, give to the Board such general directions
not inconsistent with this Act, as he considers to be necessary in the public
interest, and the Board shall comply with such directions.
(2) The Minister may require the Board to furnish to him any information
or document in relation to the activities of the Authority and the Board shall
comply with any such request.
