12. Suspension of broker
Where any party who has provided security for the due execution of a
transaction by a broker is ordered to pay all or a part of the security provided,

the broker shall be suspended from trading as a broker until he repays the
security and a notice containing the name of the broker and the fact of his
suspension shall be posted up in the hall of the Supreme Court and at the
Chamber of Brokers.
