30. Punishment of members
The corporation may impose the following disciplinary punishments on
any member who contravenes any regulation of the corporation, or any law
regarding the exercise of the functions of a broker—
(a) a fine not exceeding 200 rupees;

(b) suspension from office for a period not exceeding one year; or
(c) subject to confirmation by the President, dismissal from office.
