31. Rights of accused member
(1) Ten days at least before the meeting at which any complaint against
a member of the corporation is considered, the corporation shall communicate to the person accused, in writing, the charges preferred against him,
and the accused person may be present at the meeting fixed for decision on
his case.
(2) Every person accused may submit to the meeting his defence, either
verbally or in writing, as he thinks fit, to the charges brought against him.
