32. Fines
All fines imposed by the corporation on any of its members under this Act
shall be recoverable by proceedings before one of the District Magistrates of
Port Louis, at the instance of the President and Vice-President, and judgment
shall be given by the Magistrate upon production of a copy, certified by the
Secretary to be correct, of the minutes of the meeting at which the fine was
imposed.
