4. Grant of commission
(1) The Minister may, by commission, appoint brokers.
(2) All commissions shall be registered at the Supreme Court and at the
Chamber of Brokers.
(3) A list of brokers shall be posted in the hall of the Supreme Court and
at the Chamber of Brokers.
