31. Petroleum, electric or internal combustion engine (1) No petroleum, electric or internal combustion engine shall be used in a building without a special authorisation from the local authority. (2) Sections 28 and 30 shall apply to every authorisation issued under this section. PART VII – MISCELLANEOUS
