Section 9A: Registration of bodies

9A. Registration of bodies Every— (a) statutory body specified in the First Schedule to the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Audit) Act; (b) co-operative society registered under the Co-operatives Act; (c) association registered under the Registration of Associations Act; and [Issue 9] B17 – 6 Revised Laws of Mauritius (d) trade union registered under the Employment Relations Act, shall be considered to be registered under this Act.
