9B. Sharing of Information
(1) The Registrar of Business shall, for the purpose of sharing business,
share information relating to a business with another public sector agency.
(1A) Notwithstanding any other enactment, public sector agencies shall,
upon mutual agreement, share and use information relating to business
among themselves for the purpose of discharging their functions.
(2) No public sector agency shall disclose any information obtained
pursuant to subsection (1) or (1A) to a third party.
