9B. Sharing of information
(1) For facilitation purposes, the Registrar of Businesses
shall, through the CBRD, share with other public sector agencies
information related to a business.
(2) Notwithstanding any other enactment, public sector
agencies shall, upon mutual agreement, share among themselves, and
use, information relating to business for the purpose of discharging
their functions.
(3) No public sector agency, other than the Financial
Intelligence Unit established under the Financial Intelligence
and Anti-Money Laundering Act, shall disclose any information
obtained pursuant to subsection (1) or (2) to a third party.
