9C. Central Repository of business licences and
information
(1) The Registrar shall be the Central Repository of
business licences and information.
(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), every public
sector agency shall forward electronically a copy of any
permit, licence, authorisation or clearance to the Registrar for
publication in CBRIS.
(3) In this section –
“public sector agency” means such agency as
may be prescribed.
(c) in section 13, by repealing subsection (3).
