15. Access to DCDB
(1) The Committee may, on such terms and conditions as it may determine and, subject to subsection (2), on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, allow any person to have access to any information which is recorded
in the DCDB.
(2) Every Ministry, Government department and local authority, and such
other body as may be prescribed, shall be exempt from the payment of the
fee referred to in subsection (1).
