37. Proceedings against Authority
(1) No civil suit shall be commenced against the Authority before the expiry of one month after written notice of intention to commence the suit is
served upon the Authority by or on behalf of the intending plaintiff.
(2) A notice of intention issued under subsection (1) shall clearly and explicitly state—
(a) the cause of action;
(b) the full particulars of the claim;
(c) the name and address of the intending plaintiff; and
(d) the relief claimed.
