38. Service of documents
(1) Any summons, notice or other document, including a notice under
section 37, required or authorised to be served upon the Authority under this
Act or any other enactment may, unless there is specific provision to the
contrary, be served by delivery to the General Manager at the registered office of the Authority.
(2) Service of process by or on behalf of the General Manager shall be
equivalent to service by the Authority.
