Section 18: Regulations

18. Regulations (1) The Minister may make such regulations as he considers necessary for the purposes of this Act. (2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1), regulations made under this section may provide for— (a) licensing of imports and exports authorised under this Act; (b) licensing of any facility specified in this Act; [Issue 1] C12 – 8 Revised Laws of Mauritius (c) establishing standards for chemicals and facilities; (d) storage, distribution, packaging, labelling and advertising requirements; (e) record keeping and reporting requirements; (f) taking of appropriate fees and charges; (g) the amendment of the Schedules. 19. — FIRST SCHEDULE [Section 11] A.
