6. Discharge of order
(1) No appeal shall lie against the issue of an emergency protection order.
(2) (a) Any parent, not earlier than 72 hours after the issue of the order,
may apply to the Court for the discharge of the order.
(b) The Court may discharge the order where it is satisfied that it is
in the interests of the child to do so.
