30. Duties of Council
The Council—
(a) shall keep a register of all marriages celebrated in accordance
with Muslim rites;
(b) shall keep a register of all provisional decrees of divorce communicated to it under section 31;
(c) may make rules governing marriages celebrated in accordance
with Muslim rites and the dissolution of such marriages.
