69. Offences in respect of children
(1) Any person who carries away, conceals or suppresses a newborn infant, or substitutes any child for another, or falsely attributes a child to a
woman who has not delivered the child, shall commit an offence.
(2) Where any person having the care of a child, with intent to prejudice
or conceal the status of the child, does not produce the child to anyone lawfully entitled to claim it, he shall commit an offence.
