68. False statements or declarations
Any person who—
(a) on being examined, or in any affidavit, makes a statement which
he knows to be false;
(b) makes, signs or marks before an officer a declaration which he
knows to be false;
(c) makes, signs, or marks before an officer a declaration containing
a statement which he knows to be false; or
(d) on giving any notice under this Act or any regulations under this
Act, makes a statement which he knows to be false,
shall commit an offence.
