111. Execution of documents
(1) Subject to subsection (2), every document executed by or on behalf
of the College shall be signed by the Chairperson of the Council or by the
Director.
(2) Every cheque of the College shall be signed by—
(a) the Director; and
(b) the Chairperson or, in his absence, such other person as the
Council may designate.
