112. General Fund
(1) The Council shall set up a General Fund—
(a) into which all monies received by the College shall be paid; and
(b) out of which all payments required to be made by the College
shall be effected.
(2) The College shall derive its funds from—
(a) the Consolidated Fund;
(b) any dues or fees levied by the College; and
(c) such other source as the Minister may approve.
