20. Effect of rules
(1) Where a society is registered, the rules shall, subject to this Act, have
the effect of a contract between the society and its members and among the
members themselves, whereby they agree to act in all respects according to
the rules.
(2) Any money payable by a member to the society under the rules shall
be a debt due by him to the society.

(3) The Registrar may issue a copy of the rules of a society to a member
on payment of the fee specified in the Third Schedule.
