21. Amendment of rules and change of name
(1) The rules of a society may be amended by a resolution passed by its
members at a general meeting.
(2) A society shall, not later than one month before a general meeting
referred to in subsection (1), forward to the Registrar a copy of the proposed
resolution.
(3) Any change of name of a society shall be published in the Gazette
and 2 daily newspapers.
