3. Registrar of Co-operative Societies
(1) There shall be for the purposes of this Act a Registrar of Co-operative
Societies who shall be a public officer.
(2) The Registrar may delegate any of his functions under this Act to any
other public officer appointed to assist him in the execution of his functions.
(3) The Registrar and every public officer appointed to assist him in the
execution of his functions shall take the oath set out in the First Schedule.
