4. Appointment of inspector
(1) For the purposes of this Act, the Registrar may, subject to the
approval of the supervising officer, appoint, for the purposes of an inquiry,
as an inspector—
(a) an auditor;
(b) a person who has held the office of Registrar;
(c) a person who holds or has held the office of Co-operative Officer
and has not less than 8 years of service in the grade; or
(d) a person who has knowledge of, and experience in, the subject
matter under inquiry.
(2) The Registrar shall, whilst appointing an inspector, take into
consideration the complexity of the subject matter under inquiry.
