51. Non-member as director
(1) Subject to the rules, a person not being a member may be appointed
as director but shall not have the right to vote.
(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), the number of persons who are not
members and who may be appointed as directors shall not exceed one third
of the total number of directors or such lower proportion as may be provided
in the rules.
