13. Reporting of trafficking
(1) Any person who believes that a person is a victim of trafficking shall
forthwith report the matter to the Police.
(2) The identity of a person who makes a report under subsection (1)
shall not be disclosed, unless a Judge in Chambers otherwise orders.
