13B. Investigation disclosing other offences
Where an investigation into an offence under this Act
discloses evidence of another offence under any other enactment,
the investigation of which is carried out by an investigating agency
other than the Unit, the Commissioner of Police shall refer the
investigation of that other offence to the other investigating agency.
