2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Comité” means the Comité National Mauricien de l'Organisation Mondiale Pour l'Education Préscolaire established under section 3;
“Council” means the Council set up under section 6;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
education is assigned.
