6. The Council
(1) The Comité shall be managed by a Council which shall consist of—
(a) the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry responsible for the subject of education or his representative;
(b) the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry responsible for the subject of health or his representative;
(c) the Director, Mauritius Institute of Education or his representative;
(d) 8 persons to be elected from among the members of the Comité
in accordance with regulations made under this Act.
(2) —
(3) No member of the Council shall receive any fee or remuneration for
his services.
(4) The Council shall be convened by the President at such time and
place—
(a) as he thinks fit;
(b) as may be requested by 5 members.
(5) The quorum of the Council shall be 5.
