10. The Registrar
(1) There shall be a Registrar of Companies who shall be a public officer.
(2) The Registrar may delegate any of his duties under this Act to any
public officer appointed to assist him in the execution of his functions.
(3) The Registrar and all staff appointed to assist him in carrying out the
Registrar’s functions shall take the oath specified in the First Schedule.
