11. Registers
(1) The Registrar shall keep such registers as he considers necessary in
such form and in such manner as he thinks fit.
(2) The registers referred to in subsection (1) may be kept in such manner
as the Registrar thinks fit including, either wholly or partly, by means of a
device or facility that—
(a) records or stores information electronically or by other
means; and
(b) permits the information so recorded or stored to be readily
inspected or reproduced in usable form.
