16. Appeals from Registrar’s decisions
(1) A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Registrar under this
Act may appeal to the Court within 14 days of the date of notification of the
decision, or within such further time as the Court may allow.
(2) The Court may confirm, reverse or vary the Registrar’s decision or
may give such directions as the Court thinks fit.
