311. Notice of intention to remove in other cases
(1) Where a company is to be removed from the register under section 309 (1) (c), the Registrar shall give public notice of the matters set out
in subsection (4).
(2) Where a company is to be removed from the register under section 309 (1) (d) or (e), the applicant, or the liquidator, as the case may be,
shall give public notice of the matters set out in subsection (4).
(3) Where a company is to be removed from the register under section 309 (1) (c), the Registrar, or, where it is to be removed from the register
under section 309 (1) (d), the applicant, as the case may be, shall also give
notice of the matters set out in subsection (4) to—
(a) the company; and
(b) any person entitled to a charge registered under section 127.
(4) The notice to be given under this section shall specify—
(a) the name of the company and its registered office;
(b) the section under, and the grounds on, which it is intended to
remove the company from the register; and
(c) the date by which an objection to the removal under section 313
shall be delivered to the Registrar, which shall be not less than
28 days after the date of the notice.
