314. Powers of Court
(1) A person who gives a notice objecting to the removal of a company
from the register of companies on a ground specified in section 312 (1) (d),
(e), or (f) may apply to the Court for an order not to remove the company
from the register on any ground set out in that section.
(2) On an application for an order under subsection (1), the Court may, on
being satisfied that the company is not required to be removed from the register, make an order that the company shall not be removed from the register.
