28. Disclosure of interest
(1) (a) The Executive Director shall, within 7 days of his appointment,
submit to the Commission a written statement of any interest he holds or has
acquired in any enterprise which is subject to the control of the Commission.
(b) Every member of the staff of the Commission shall, within 7 days
of his appointment, submit to the Commission a written statement of any
interest he holds or has acquired in any business or enterprise which is
subject to the control of the Commission.
(2) Where the Executive Director or any member of the staff acquires,
after his appointment, an interest in any enterprise, he shall, within 7 days
of the acquisition, give written notice of the nature of the interest to the
Commission.
