29. Disclosure of assets and liabilities A member of the staff of the Commission shall not later than— (a) 30 days after the date of his appointment; (b) 30 June in every year while he is in office; and (c) 30 days after his leaving, or removal from, office, deposit with the Independent Commission Against Corruption a declaration of his assets and liabilities in relation to himself, his spouse and children, in such form as may be approved by the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
