Section 35: Annual report

35. Annual report (1) The Commission shall, not later than 3 months after the closure of a financial year, issue an annual report on its activities and audited accounts for that financial year. (2) The annual report shall, as far as possible, give an account of— (a) the investigations that were carried out; (b) the outcome of investigations carried out; and [Issue 6] C36A – 14 Revised Laws of Mauritius (c) the decision of the Commission in respect of reports submitted by the Executive Director under section 51 (2). (3) The annual report shall be submitted to the Minister to be laid at the first available opportunity before the Assembly.
