36. Execution of documents
(1) Subject to subsection (2), all documents shall be deemed to be executed by or on behalf of the Commission if signed by the Executive Director.
(2) Every cheque of the Commission shall be signed by—
(a) the Executive Director; and
(b) another person designated by the Commission.
