54. Legal professional privilege
(1) Nothing in this Part shall require a person to disclose or produce
information or a document that the person would, in an action in a Court, be
entitled to refuse to disclose or produce on the grounds of legal professional
privilege.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a law practitioner shall disclose the
name and address of a client to the Executive Director when required to do
so by the Executive Director in the exercise of his powers under this Act.
