55. Convening of hearings
(1) On receipt of a report under section 51, the Commission may, if the
party under investigation so requests, convene a hearing at which the Commissioners can hear the views of any person they consider to have a relevant
interest in the case.
(2) A minimum of 3 Commissioners shall attend the hearing.
(3) A hearing shall be governed by, and be conducted in accordance
with, rules published by the Commission under section 38.
