10. Committees
(1) The Council may appoint such committees as it considers appropriate
to assist it in carrying out its functions.
(2) Any committee may consist of members of the Council and such
other persons as the Council thinks fit to designate.
(3) Every committee shall be subject to, and act in accordance with, any
directive given to it by the Council.
(4) Every committee shall regulate its meetings and proceedings in such
manner as it may determine.
(5) A committee may invite any person to attend any of its meetings for
the purpose of advising it on any matter under discussion and the person so
invited shall not be entitled to vote at any such meeting.
(6) Every member of a committee or any person invited under subsection (5) to attend any meeting of a committee may be paid such fees and
allowances as the Council may determine.
