36A. Revocation and saving provisions
(1) The following enactments are revoked –
(a) the Construction Industry Development Board
(Registration of Service Providers other than
Consultants) Regulations 2018; and
132 Acts 2021
(b) the Construction Industry Development Board
(Registration of Suppliers) Regulations 2018.
(2) Any person registered as a service provider under the
revoked Construction Industry Development Board (Registration of
Service Providers other than Consultants) Regulations 2018, or as
a supplier under the revoked Construction Industry Development
Board (Registration of Suppliers) Regulations 2018 shall, on the
commencement of subsection (1), be deemed to be registered as such
under the same terms and conditions as in the revoked regulations,
as the case may be.
