12. Restriction on storage
(1) Subject to subsection (2), no holder of a certificate shall keep in his
warehouse any goods other than goods pertaining to the class of goods
specified in his certificate.
(2) The Minister may, by regulations, prescribe the manner in which the
certificate may be amended or varied so as to include any additional class of
goods to be kept in the warehouse.
(3) A person who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall commit an
offence.
