25. Seizure An authorised officer may seize and detain any goods— (a) which he has reasonable cause to believe may be the subjectmatter of an offence under this Act; (b) in respect of which any representation which is false or misleading has been made; (c) in respect of which any document which is false or misleading has been delivered or produced.
