26. Warrant The Magistrate may issue to an authorised officer for the discharge of his functions under this Part, a warrant in the prescribed form for— (a) the inspection of any premises, in relation to which there is reasonable cause to suspect that an offence under this Act is being committed; (b) the seizure of any goods or documents.
